New Balance flagship retail locations offered custom-made classic styles that could be created in-store and delivered to your home within a few days. As part of the offering, I was tasked with creating a touch-based kiosk interface where customers could customize their shoe's attributes, including size & width, selecting various materials and colors for each component, and view it all in 360 degrees. The final step allowed the customer to sign their shoe by having them embroidered on the heel, truly personalizing the experience.
